Thank you for supporting Paladin Clothing Co. Every purchase helps support the mission of Paladin Sports Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to impacting lives through sports and faith.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are typically fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Once your order has shipped and is in the carrier's possession, delivery times are subject to the carrier and may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier's system.
While we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, processing delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Paladin Clothing Co. products are fulfilled through a combination of our local team and trusted production partners. As a result, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Paladin Fulfilled Items
Products stocked and fulfilled by our team are eligible for:
- Economy, Standard, and Expedited shipping options
- Free local delivery in select ZIP codes
- Free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more (before taxes and applicable fees)
Made-to-Order Apparel
Some apparel is produced on demand and may require additional production time before shipment. These items are created using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and ship separately from Paladin Fulfilled items.
Made-to-order apparel is subject to a flat shipping rate at checkout and is not eligible for expedited shipping or free local delivery.
Using DTG printing allows us to offer a wider variety of designs without maintaining large inventories. As a nonprofit organization, this helps us reduce overhead costs, minimize waste, and direct more resources toward our mission of serving children and families through sports and faith.
If your order includes made-to-order apparel, please allow a few additional business days for production and fulfillment.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
Paladin Clothing Co. offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes and applicable fees) containing Paladin Fulfilled items.
Made-to-order apparel is produced and shipped separately by our trusted production partners and is subject to a flat shipping rate. Because these items are fulfilled independently, their shipping costs do not count toward free shipping eligibility and cannot be waived as part of our free shipping promotion.
If your order contains both Paladin Fulfilled and Made-to-Order items, you may see multiple shipping methods or charges at checkout. This allows us to provide a wider selection of designs while keeping costs low and investing more resources into the mission of Paladin Sports Outreach.
Customers in select ZIP codes may also qualify for free local delivery on eligible Paladin Fulfilled items.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting an expedited shipping option only affects the shipping speed once your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day or next-day order fulfillment.
Delivery Disclaimer
While we do our best to fulfill and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
